Women's Emotional Eating Group

This eight-week group based on the book "Why Weight" by Geneen Roth will help you to explore your conscious and unconscious motivation that results in your eating more than you physically need to feel satisfied.

The focus will be on increased awareness of hunger and fullness, reconnecting eating with hunger, "legalizing" all foods, healthy expression of emotions, learning how to say no and identifying other ways to nurture your self without food.

Olimpia Etts LCSW-C is a licensed social worker and certified hypnotherapist with experience treating eating disorders.

Are you
